Description

Linear features of medieval date are visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as earthworks and were mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located approximately 180m south of the Scheduled moated site at Wood End, Little Horwood, and centred at SP 79246 30755. These features are on the east of the road leading to Whaddon Chase from Little Horwood, they are at right angles to the road, parallel to boundaries shown on historic mapping. (1-2)
