Description

A ditch and trackway of post medieval date are visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as earthworks and were mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located in unnamed woodland south east of Bushey Close Spinney, Whaddon, and centred at SP 79801 33422. Area was woodland in the 1940s; earthworks are visible only on lidar visualisation. Trackway is along contours and is not marked on historic mapping, andit is also aligned with a change in direction of two areas of ridge and furrow. (1)
