Description
Plot boundaries of probable or medieval date are visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as earthworks and levelled earthworks and were mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located adjacent to the Scheduled moat at Wood End, Little Horwood, and centred at SP 79387 31001. These features are probably plot boundaries and a possible house platform along the medieval road shown on historic mapping leading to/from Whaddon Chase. (1-3)
