Description

A possible section of medieval hollow way or trackway is visible on historic aerial photographs as earthworks and was mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located about 293 metres W of Bury Farm and centred at SP 84572 26181, a curvilinear ditch about 3 metres wide extends 200 metres NNE-SSW from SP 84632 26325 to SP 84557 26144 around a large block of medieval ridge and furrow cultivation earthworks (1).
