Description

A drainage ditch of probable post medieval/modern date is visible on historic aerial photographs as earthworks and was mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located on the west side of Christmas Gorse and centred at SP 78610 25222. This drainage ditch is leading from an area of ridge and furrow towards a watercourse; the area is under woodland on modern aerial photographs, with very young trees visible in 2009 on Google Earth.
