Description

A post medieval drainage ditch is visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as earthworks and was mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located on a meadow adjacent the River Ouzel immediately north of (former) Paper Mill Farm (HER Nos 0233500000 & 0233500100) and centred at SP 89179 29610, a sinuous ditch about 3.5 metres wide extends NNW-SSE for about 141 metres, linking to the river at the northern end (1-2).
