Three terraces and a ditched platform of probable medieval date is visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as earthworks and was mapped as part of the North Buckinghamshire Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18304). Located on a hillslope adjacent the former Valley Farm and centred at SP 89647 25230, three narrow terraces are aligned NNE-SSW and flanked on the west side by a watercourse. From E to W (downhill) the three terraces are about 86 x 6 metres, 70 x 4.5 metres and 32 x 3.5 metres.
