Description
Circa 1846, for the Socialist settlement founded by P H J Baume. One storey, 2 bays, rendered with shallow pitched slate roof. Diagonal stack at east end, rendered base and brick shaft. Paired casements flank central door. Modern flat roofed extension at rear. Included for historic interest (B1).
