Grade II. Cottage. C18, altered C19 and C20. Rendered with incised masonry patterns, plain-tile roof and rendered end stack to right shared with No.34 [CAS 1192104000]. 1-unit plan. 2-storey, 1-window range. C20 door to left with thin rendered head. 2-light casement window to ground and 1st floors, that to ground floor with thin rendered head. Included for group value (B1).
