Description

Groups of 19th century brick stables and outbuildings arranged around a courtyard. Shallow pitched gabled roofs laid in slate . Characteristic of utilitarian buildings, roof planes are uninterrupted and wall surfaces have strong solid to void ratios. Attractive group of building which in terms of date form part of a group of 19th buildings constructed along the A418 during the 19th century. A local note building within the Conservation Area of Hartwell (B1).
