Description

19th century painted brick building. It is thought that polychrome brickwork is hidden beneath the paint. Also constructed in the Italianate style and designed by Joseph Bonomi. Slate gabled roof with decorative timber verges. Retains original fenestration and in form and massing remains relatively unchanged. Forms part of a group with Park Villas. A local note building within the Conservation Area of Hartwell (B1).
