Description

Simple and modest two storey brick cottages, set back and gable end onto Upper Hartwell Lane. Shallow pitched slate roof, brick end stacks. Some alterations. In terms of their form, scale and massing, these buildings, form part of a group of similar late 19th century vernacular cottages (5-7, 9 and 21, Upper Hartwell Lane) in Upper Hartwell. A local note building within the Conservation Area of Hartwell (B1).
