Description

C19. Painted brick with slate roof and gable end, ridgeline stacks. Front elevation abuts the pavement edge, with four large and two smaller 8 over 8 pane sash windows. Indications in the brickwork of the front elevation suggest that there might once have been a central door in the roadside elevation. The building occupies a visually prominent position in the street and is of considerable architectural and historic interest, having retained its traditional timber sash windows. A local note building within the Conservation Area of Great Horwood (B1).
