Description

In 1869 a small gas works was installed to provide for station and signal lighting (B2).
Private gasworks built to supply the station built by James Copcutt, shown on the 1880-1925 OS maps.
Now the site of Cheddington Station car park. Nothing visible survives (B3).
The gasometer and adjacent building, presumably the retort house, also shown on 1933 and 1952 6-inch OS maps and 1948 RAF Aps but had been demolished by 1966 (B4).
