Description

There are the ruins of a small chapel (perhaps a folly) of flint and brick in the woods to the north side of the Pepperpots Bridge. There were low walls surrounding the chapel grounds that have now been reduced to rubble [Photo](B27).
In the E part of the park, laid out after 1770, nearby [the Temple of St Crispin is] the Gothic Alcove seen in Daniell's view of 1781 (B28).
