Description

A visually important 18th century house at the entrance to Woods Place. The symmetrical polite frontage of the building, with a pair of sash windows either side of the central front door and two
further sashes at first floor either side of a narrow central window, is typical of buildings of this age.
This building is an important element of the streetscape, forming part of the continuous building line on Aylesbury Road, and is important in views along the street, which are framed by the buildings lining either side. A local note building within the conservation area of Wendover (B1).
