Description

Late 17th/18th century terraced cottage. Leaded casement windows and central door to left of door
with similar leaded windows to end gable. The front of the building has been rendered, as has a plinth on the side gable elevation. The remainder of the side gable is of timber frame and brick construction. The building is of architectural and historic interest. Steps up from the street level to the front door are a characteristic feature of Back Street. Visually the building forms part of the continuous building frontage of Back Street, framing glimpsed and unfolding views along the street. A local note building within the conservation area of Wendover (B1).
