Description

Constructed of buff coloured brick with red brick used to articulate architectural features and for a string course between ground and first floor. Building sits beneath half hipped roof with central chimney. Central gabled dormer breaks the eaves line. Some alterations including addition of enclosed porch. Despite these building retains its basic outline, form and massing and is significant because it maintains much of its original character. It forms part of a group of 19th century buildings that represent a period of development and change within the village. A local note building within the conservation area of Ivinghoe (B1).
