Two storey brick building which sits beneath a gable roof laid in clay tiles. Brick stack to right gable of Vicarage Road elevation. Vicarage Road elevation has central modern porch flanked by tripartite casement windows to ground and first floor. Utilitarian weatherboarded outbuilding attached to rear and facing onto Wellcroft.
