Description

Detached 19th century building prominently situated at the end of Wellcroft. Two storeys, rendered. Sits beneath shallow pitched full hipped roof. External brick end stack. Regular fenestration to elevation fronting Wellcroft. Original windows have been replaced with modern units. Despite alterations the building retains its original form, massing and outline. It is significant because of its prominent position within the streetscene and because it forms part of a group of buildings constructed during a period of significant change and development within the village. A local note building within the conservation area of Ivinghoe (B1).
