Description

Pair of cottages. 19th century. Part stone at ground floor level, brick above. Some decorative
brickwork – vitrified header diaperwork. Tiled, half hipped roof with projecting gabled dormers at
eaves height. Decorative brick detailing around windows and doors. Timber casement windows and
doors. The building forms part of a cluster of historic buildings that have a positive impact on the
character and appearance of the Conservation Area. A local note building within the conservation area of Ashendon (B1).
