Description

Dove Cottage can be glimpsed behind shrubs and trees. Although not listed the cottage makes a positive contribution to the conservation area and has been identified as a significant building. It is of whitewashed brick under a clay tiled roof and dates from 1939/40. Taking the footpath north of Dove Cottage beyond the conservation area boundary there are pleasant views west to Brook Cottage and Meadle Farm. A significant building within the conservation area of Meadle (B1).
