Description

Burnham United Gas Light & Coke Company Ltd founded 1863. In 1876 Maidenhead Gas Companies Act included provision for the purchase by gas company who closed the gasworks in 1904. Uncertain survival, now appears to be the site of a commercial offices and tyre fitting centre (B1).
