Description

A single feature in Trench 15 contained a small quantity of late Bronze Age pottery. The feature was a NW-SE aligned ditch and corresponded to a geophysical anomaly. The ditch may represent a field boundary ditch although no other anomalies or features within the trenches were on the same alignment. It is possible that the undated ditches recorded in Trench 1, perhaps forming a trackway, are of prehistoric date (B4).
