POINTED HANDAXE. FAIRLY WELL MADE. SOME SOFT HAMMER TECHNIQUE BUT WITH RATHER IRREGULAR PROFILE AND SOME DEEP FLAKE SCARS. THICK WHITE PATINA. UNROLLED. DUG UP IN GARDEN OF 6 CARPENTERS WOOD DRIVE BY MR R W SPENCER. OS ANTIQUITY NO TQ 09 NW:28 (B1-3).
