Description

A NUMBER OF FLINT TOOLS WERE FOUND BY MR F.LOFTS. IN AND AROUND CHORLEYWOOD. THESE COMING FROM TWO AREAS. IN FIELDS OVER THE BUCKS BORDER (01:000) AND NORTH-WEST OF BLACKETTS GROVE. (02:000). (BIBL1,2,3)
one polished flint axe was found in the Chalfont St Peter area which appears to have been reground and sharpened in recent times (B5)
