ORIGINALLY INTERPRETED AS RECT. POST-BUILT STRUCTURE WITH 3 POST HOLES & COBBLED FLOOR AREA, INDICATING TIMBER BUILDING & TILED ROOF (B9,B12).
FULL EXCAV. REPORT REINTERPRETS AS 3 SMALL PITS, 1 OF WHICH PERHAPS A POSTHOLE. SITE PROB. AN OPEN WORKING AREA ASSOC. WITH VALLEY FARM (SARRATT) VILLA (B19).
