A ring ditch of probable Bronze Age date is visible on historic aerial photographs as extant cropmarks and was mapped as part of the Aylesbury Vale Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604). Located approximately 500m south of the train station, Haddenham, and centred at SP 73108 08019. The ring ditch is in a very large arable field and can be clearly seen as a cropmark and measures approximately 28m across. There may be a macula inside the ditch but it was not clear enough to be mapped. A surface find of a prehistoric flint flake is also recorded at this location (MBC4107). The underlying solid geology is Portland Stone Formation Limestone with no recorded Superficial Deposits overlying it. (9-13)

Cropmark of a probable Bronze Age round barrow visible as a single ring ditch on aerial photographs at SP 7313 0803 (14).
