A medieval and/or post medieval windmill mound is visible on historic aerial photographs and remote sensing data as earthworks and was mapped as part of the Aylesbury Vale Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604). Located on a field boundary about 130 metres W of Manor Farm and centred at SP 76540 22204, a slightly subcircular mound is about 23.2 metres in diameter at its widest. On the centre top of the earthwork is a circular hollow or pit about 4 metres in diameter. The mound is one of two: immediately adjacent to the SW is a second windmill mound (Bucks HER No MBC3941/0132700000). The two earthworks are sited within a rectilinear depression about 51 x 27 metres. On aerial photographs taken in 2010 and recent remote sensing data, the earthwork remains extant (3-5).
