POND KNOWN LOCALLY AS 'THE GENTLEMAN'S FISHPOND' (B1).
FIELD VISIT CONFIRMS EXISTENCE OF LARGELY INFILLED MOAT. OPEN IN PART ON W SIDE. INTERNALLY IRREGULAR GROUND. FEW LARGE PIECES OF LIMESTONE INTERNALLY BUT ALSO IN MOAT FILL. SMALL FOOTING? =BRIDGE ON W SIDE (B2).
