CORE WITH LONG FLAKES STRUCK OFF. FOUND IN A FIELD IMMEDIATELY E OF 'THE COOMBE' BY MR J WILSON (B1-2).


SP 972157 Flint core, probably Mesolithic, found on surface of a ploughed field by Mr J Wilson 1968 (B3).
A flint axe was found in the field immediately east of 'The Coombe' (area 973157) [misattribution as an axe?]
