Description

Roman pottery recovered during trial trench evaluation. Sherds were recoverd from 2 features to the south of the site, which are possible medieval furrows. These and other residual finds of Roman pottery indicate activity within or close to the site (B1).
Features shown to natural depressions containing residual Roman pottery (B3).
