Description

In a small area (centred on NGR) Helen Sharp recovered 9 sherds of Medieval pottery from surface of arable field adjacent to footpath. Pottery identified by Mike Farley (B1).
17 further sherds of Medieval pottery recovered by Helen Sharp and identified by Mike Farley (B2).
31 further sherds, including at least 1 rim recovered by Helen Sharp (B3).
Helen Sharp reports recovering another 60 sherds [70 sherds in photo], including handles, rims and bases (B4).
