Description

The pits found in plot 1 and 2 are thought to represent domestic rubbish pits associated with 34 Oving Road. A single pit was found in the garage plot. White ceramic pottery sherds were recovered from these features. The garage plot pit also contained modern tin cans, jars, and metal (B1).
