Description

Two storey 19th century detached house. Constructed of red brick and sitting beneath a shallow
pitched slate gabled roof with tall partly reconstructed brick end stacks. Partially hidden behind a
thick hedge it is possible to see the part timber, part glazed entrance porch and flanking canted bay
window. Both first floor windows are 2 over 2 timber sashes. This is a relatively simple, but
nevertheless attractive building which in terms of its form, massing and materials is very much in
character with its 19th century neighbours. Local Heritage Asset in conservation area (1).
