Description
The attractive modern office building located to the rear of 74, High Street was constructed after
the 1990 boundary. This building is a good example of a modern design that fits in well with its
historic context. The building was awarded a design award by Aylesbury Vale District Council in
2005. Local Heritage Asset in conservation area (1).
