Description

Test Pit 1- Sub-circular feature 009, interpreted as a possible pit, 0.65m deep contained 2 distinct fills. Full extent could be ascertained due to the limits of the test pit (BR1).
Test Pit 9 - Linear feature aligned north-east interpreted as a possible ditch. Full dimensions could not be ascertained, atleast 0.48m deep.
Test Pit 10- Over 70 sherds of medieval pottery recovered from the modern made ground.
Test Pit 16- Over 50 sherds of medieval pottery recovered form the cemtery soil.
