Description

A curved linear earthwork can be tracedover a length of about 30m, extending southwards. The hollow is 6m wide and 0.30m deep. It is a continuation of a hollow-way ascending from the former hamlet on the east edge of ward's Coombe. It is shown on Grey's map of 1762. (1)
