Description

Possible posthole or natural feature was revealed approximately 13m from the eastern end of the trench. This had an irregular profile and contained a light yellow-brown sandy-clay fill. No finds were recovered. (B1)
A number of enhanced magnetic field linear anomalies have been identified within the dataset which may be of archaeological interest. Enhanced magnetic field linear nomalies [14], [18], [19] & [20] are likely to represent boundaries of an old field system. A group of enhanced magnetic field linear anomalies [21], running parallel to [8], may be of archaeological interest however their exact interpretation is uncertain (B2).
