Description
Small two range brick outbuilding set back from the High Street along a track. Both buildings constructed of brick and sit within gabled roofs laid in slate. Left hand range (facing) is two storeys in height. Ground floor timber plank door, flanked to left (facing)) by timber casement window. Door contained beneath gable dormer to first floor. Lower range to right (facing) contains garage door. This building has been identified as a local note building because it forms part of a group of simple utilitarian outbuildings located along the High Street that serviced domestic or former business properties. This group includes the slaughterhouse to the rear of 17, High Street and the outbuildings adjacent to 102, High Street. The building retains the majority of its original external features and the timberwork is painted in the Rothschild colour palette. Local Building of Note within the Conservation Area (B1).
