Description

Semi-detached two storey building constructed of red brick with shallow pitched gable roof laid in
slate. Modern dormer inserted within roof plane. Central mid-ridge brick stack. Two bays with door
flanked by timber sash window with narrow margin panes. Wooden panel door beneath simple
open lean-to porch. First floor timber sash with margin panes. This building has been identified as
being of local note because it retains its form, outline and proportions as well as a significant
percentage of its original features in particular its original windows. A Local Building of Note within the Conservation Area (B1).
