Description

The George Inn is documented from at least 1753 and was incorporated into The Bell in about 1837. C17 timber-framed with tiled roof and end stacks. Truncated at SW end and rebuilt. Stone cellars beneath, now knocked through into the cellars beneath The Bell (B1).
