Description
Evaluation trial trenching carried out by John Moore Heritage Services in September 2012 idenified three small 19th century pits and a 20th century layer of building debris. Residual sherds of late Medieval and early post-medieval pottery were recovered, including a single probable waster suggesting that there was pottery production taking place in the vicinity in the later 16th-17th century. See report for detail (B1).
