Description

Painted brick cottage with gabled tiled roof. Central brick chimney. 2 storeys in height, 3 bays with gabled porch to right. Key characteristics are its narrow gables, small scale and simple vernacular character. Prominent in views from the junction of Main Street and the A413 and from Lower Way.This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Padbury. (B1)
