Description

Large 19th century building set within substantial grounds. Largely obscured from view by trees within the ground. Large fully hipped roof with gable range and gabled dormer windows to front elevation. Prominent brick chimneys. Two storeys, brick walls with part render and part applied timber detailing at apex of gables. Distinctly 19th century in architectural character and in terms of design and materials bears a strong relationship to the adjacent Padbury Lodge. A local building of note within the Conservation Area of Padbury (B1).
