Large 19th century building situated within substantial grounds on the junction between Church Lane and the A413. Largely obscured from public view by trees. Constructed of brick, stone and timber in picturesque style characteristic of mid to late 19th century Locally important due to scale and unique character within the village. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Padbury. (B1)
