c1900. Arts and Crafts-style house which is on the (private) track which led to the (demolished) mill. This can be seen from the street thanks to the set-back of the Loch Fyne restaurant and the track making a gap in the street frontage. This is a local building of note within the Conservation area of Beaconsfield Old Town. (B1)
