Description

Built as a large house called Kynance, for a doctor. Two storeys plus attic. Pebbledash with rusticated brick quoins. Two lateral chimney stacks with pebbledash panel. Some tile hanging and bay windows. Plans for additions by Stanley Beard approved in 1924. Large modern extension is not a positive building. Designed in 1908 by Johnson and Boddy. This is a local building of note within the Conservtation Area of Gerrards Cross. (B1)
