Description

Built in 1922 by William Payne. Two shops in Arts and Crafts style. Two storeys plus attic with pebbledash, red brick quoins, oriel windows, and a particularly prominent chimney stack between dormer windows on the Bulstrode Way elevation. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
