Description

One and a half storey cottage built as chauffeur's accommodation with two garages and early glass canopied car-port. Hipped plain clay tiled roofs with curved roof eaves dormers. In need of repair. Designed in 1913 by Sarvis Wood and Muir. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
